Shipping & Tracking

Yes we ship nationwide in Malaysia!

  • Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia: RM5.90
  • Shipping to Sabah and Sarawak: RM10.90
  • Enjoy Free Shipping on orders of RM100 and above

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 Business Days (public holidays excluded).

Orders made on Friday (after 10am MYT), Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out Monday 8pm MYT.

Orders are shipped through Poslaju/J&T Express

Orders would typically take around 1-2 Business Days after dispatch to arrive at your doorstep.

Payment

We accept payments via Online FPX Banking, e-Wallets and all major Credit/Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment gateway powered by Billplz Payments and Stripe.

Some orders may be subjected to local taxes, duties and custom charges according to your country’s regulations. These are payable by the recipient of the parcel and we’re not liable for any of these fees.

Order Issue

We are able to cancel your order only if your order has not been fulfilled by our warehouse yet.

Do note that our warehouse will try to be as efficient as possible fulfilling your orders, some orders may be fulfilled first and updated later. This means if it has been fulfilled prior the update, it is not possible for us to cancel your order.

We are able to change your order if it has not been fulfilled by our warehouse.

Please contact us here as well as indicate your order number and the correct phone model/variant/colour you would like to change to to ease the process. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and inform if your request was successful.

We can do our best to change your order if it has not been sent out by our warehouse, but we only have a small window to do so. Our warehouse processes your order as efficiently as we can, and we might not have the time to update this change, even if your order has not been marked as shipped at the time of your email.

Please contact us here with your order number and picture for us to check and confirm on the issue. We’ll make sure to sort things out as soon as possible.

For incorrect and incomplete orders, we will immediately notify our warehouse and expedite the correct or the rest of your order upon confirmation from you.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns requested must be made within 3 days of the day you received your order.

Once returns request is verified and confirmed, we will proceed to refund your order.

Once a refund has been issued and approved to your PayPal account, it may take up to 1-2 Business Days for the refund to be processed.
If your refund has not yet been received by your end after two weeks, please contact us here.

Exchange request must be made within 3 days of the day you received your order, please contact us here.

Once exchange request is verified and confirmed, you may return back the product to us. Kindly be informed that we don not provide return labels.

Your replacement order will be processed for you as soon as we have received return update from you.
